I use the Pioneer ddj-sz with Vdj8. Is it possible to change the the remix point and pad colors when in remix mode ?

Change the remix point, sure open the POI editor, view all and you can move and add remix point's to wherever.
Pad colours, most likely but please explain what you have in mind.

You need to edit the assigned actions of the SAMPLER MODe LEDs and add ... sampler_bank "{remix mode}" ? sampler_pad 1 ? get_sample_color 1 : off : in front of the existing ones.
So e.g. for the 1st LED find the Key .. LED_SAMPLER_PAD1 and assign it as ..
sampler_bank "{remix mode}" ? sampler_pad 1 ? get_sample_color 1 : off : sampler_loaded 1 ? sampler_pad 1 ? blink 500ms ? get_sample_color 1 : off : get_sample_color 1 : constant 'black'
If you want a different color (than the default white), you can replace get_sample_color x with constant 'red|green|#FF00FF" etc
