Recently the Sampler has not been playing any of the .MOV files I have created myself. I am using VDJ8 (Build 2276), but was happening on previous build also, on Windows 8.1 and no matter how I put the file in the sampler, or edit, it won't play. Is there a limit to the file size at all? I had the same issue with .AVI files but changed the format to make the file smaller as I was advised, but seem to still be having the same issue with the .MOV files.
The .MOV files play with no issues if I use TellyMedia but there are times when all I want to use is the Sampler.
Any ideas/advice would be appreciated.
