If I select a file in the search browser and right click - remove from search DB.
The file won't disappear until I make a new search.
I think this function would make the file disappear right away, shouldn't it ?

Nope... All that is happening at that moment is switching a "flag" from one value to another.
And if you do not trigger another search (or other browser operation) the browser won't update to reflect the current change in the db.
EDIT: So technically it's not a bug. But it could be improved to send the last query again so the browser updates to show the new results.

While it may feel a little more intuitive if it would disappear immediately, it would also make it more difficult to undo your action if you realize you made a mistake right after you click.
