playlist_load_and_remove : load the first song in the playlist on the deck, and remove it from the playlist
What it actually does it load the selected song in the playlist onto the deck and remove it from the playlist. When i copy an itunes playlist to the playlist, no song is selected and it will load the song at the top of the list, but then the song at the bottom of the list becomes selected and it will load the songs from the bottom of the list up.
There needs to be a function to load the songs in the order they are in the list without having to select the song you want to load first (otherwise why have a button mapped to that function, if you have to select it first then you could just drag it)

Bump. This still happens. Playlisy_Load_and_Remove is a discrete command that should load the next track in the playlist anytime it is called but if a song other than the top song is selected, it will load the selected song.
