Topic: Bought Version7 at a Store. Says OS Is Too Old, But It's Not.

I bought a Virtual DJ disk at Best Buy for a good price. When I go to install on my macbook pro v.10.10, it tells me my OS too old and it needs 10.5 or newer. I saw another post similar to mine but it just said to upgrade to version 8. Well, I already bought 7 so what do I do now? Buy 8 at $299 or do I get a free (or discounted) upgrade to 8 because the software I just bought is too old?

What product version is the one you purchased ? If this came with a serial number, register that to your Account (Licenses tab) http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and download the latest available update.
