Topic: can i use virtual dj home 8 to broadcast ?

can i use virtual dj home 8 to broadcast with ? i dont have a need to use a dj controller i use my touch screen i will eventually upgrade to pro ,but right now all i use is my shoutcast stream and my touch screen will it work or do i need to buy a pro liscense off the bat?
