Topic: Not Playing when I press the play button (Vestax Typhoon, VDJ LE)

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

So whenever I hook up my vestax typhoon to my pc on VDJ LE that came with it, everything works except for the play buttons ans the platters. Also whenever I try to use the virtual platters and play buttons on the software itself they don't work either. The software clams to be playing but the song doesn't gain any progress and doesn't make a sound. Please help!

(I also really don't want to have to pay for the pro version.)

What are your VDJ sound settings? Symptoms like this occur when VDJ cannot find the audio output.
