Hi all, This may be help with regards with both V7 & V8 of VDJ after you have upgraded to MAC Yosemite.
After the upgrade ( and before a gig ) I discovered I had lost the use of my NI Audio 2 DJ Sound card. And the Aggregate Device I had created on the Mac to split the Audio 2 DJ Channels accordingly.
I use it simply for Master & Headphones. However I lost the use of headphones completely and had to revert to built in output which was a nightmare as you can't hear nothing when your in full swing.
Anyway, I have discovered the following.
V7 - change your Sound Card from 2 Cards to 4 Out and select Audio 2 DJ. Problem Solved (even without an aggregate device)
V8 - Nothing to do with the sound card! go into the settings then Options, open Audio and then change the crossfaderdisable to NO (the default is YES) so initially you think your sound card is buggered when your trying to work out why your getting sound through everything!
