I use a good laptop 4 gig i3 and i'm just using the mouse on vdj 8 to mix on internet radio and half the time the program fails to perform.
I turned off the ultra latency and downloaded the pc optimizer. Can anyone tell me a number to tech support? i have a pro subscription.

Do you get the cracks and dropouts on the stream, the speakers, or both?
What kind of sound card are you using, and what settings.
Are there any other programs running?

Im using speakers and headphones. Very little drop out on the stream, most of it must be in the both or headphones when i use the filter.
My sound card settings are turned all the way up to 24 bit,192000.
Often i will have a broadcasting or chat page open when broadcasting.
do you think setting the sound card settings lower may help this issue?

Try dropping it down to 16bit 44100 and see how that does. Unless you recorded files at 24 bit, I'm guessing most of your stuff iis at 16. The same with the frequency. If your files are lower like that, then your PC has to do a lot of resampling to bring them up to the settings you have now.
