Is it currently possible to pull a playlist up in full-screen view or an expanded (vertical) view in VDJ8?
Also, is there currently an easy way to print a playlist natively inside VDJ8?

If you use a skin that has a full screen browser option then you can drag the sidelist view all the way to the left.

Printing inside VDJ isn't supported at this time (and idk if it ever will).
But you could just open your playlist.m3u with an editor and print it from there.
