Hi Guys,
I have been playing with Vdj8 on my home PC for a while, with the intentions of purchasing a licence when I got familiar with the software, I downloaded it legally from vdj website, have an account and everything... anyway, went to BPM this weekend, saw an offer on the Vdj stand for a full licence and purchased, I came home and installed Vdj8 on my laptop as this would be the intended playout machine but although it installed correctly I cant seem to access anything as if I dont have a full licence, the licence is showing as Vdj infinity on my Vdj account, any ideas ?? do I need to uninstall the home version from my home PC? thanks in advance...

log in to vdj with the same user name and password you are using here
that should do it if not submit a support ticket

Thanks.... its working now, just re-booted the laptop! strange..
