Hi I've got the unlocked for 30 days feature on vdj 8. All features available. But my hercules 4mx won't work on it. In settings I can see the hercules 4mx icon in audio settings ie vestal spin. I'm logged in. But it won't stay highlighted. All the others do. Nothing is working at all when I move anything on hardware. Can someone help please?

Got it highlighted now. But still won't move on software when I move fader knobs etc on hardware. Downloaded the latest drivers fom hercules site again. Still nothing. Can someone help please I'm live today on show

You have been posting the same issue in almost all Forums, (probably a moderator will lock a bunch of them), but in all of your posts you mention "unlock 30 days" feature. There is no such thing in version 8, i mean there is no Trial period if that is what you think you have done.
From what i see in your account, you have not purchased any license, so Version 8 will only allow you to use your controller for 10 minutes each time you relaunch the software.
You can use your controller by choosing one of the following...
- Purchase Pro Infinity
- Purchase a PLUS license (for a specific controller e.r. the 4MX)
- Purchase a monthly subscription (30 days use of Pro Infinity)
