Topic: How do i remove the Vdj 8 logo on video screen? - Page: 2

This part of topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information

There are no trial keys. Download the official version then you can try it fully featured for 10 minutes. If you want to try again then just restart the software.
 
My VDJ 8 doesn't support VissualEssential, why?
 
I have selected to add a JPG file logo, but it does not display, instead the VDJ8 logo Displays. If I select a different photo, it works fine. I have used this exact file in the past, with no problem, but now the file does not show on either the Karaoke song, or on the karaoke up next list.

Please advise. Thank you.

i have tried to remove the logo in the video buh its says that sorry you can remove it you must have alicense now how can i get alicense of virtual pro 8?

You can get it either for a specific controller (home plus), for a month at the time (pro subscription) or full eternal license (pro infinity license)
 
Home Plus (per controller) license doesnt remove VirtualDJ logo from Video Output. This requires a Pro License (Infinity or Subscription)
 
I try to change the Logo (VDJ 8.2 Pro infinit) but it won't work.
Shutting off is no Problem, but even if i show the path for the png it will only show the virtualDJ sign, not the new one.
I'll use ist for displaying the QR-Code to "ask.the.dj"-url
How do i fix the Problem?

Hmm

I just tried doing what I think is exactly what you are doing, with a QR code for my "ask the dj" URL, and it works for me

I recorded it (below). Is this what you are doing?

This is exact, what i'm doing. Same Problem on my Computer where i use my MC6000MK2 and on my Homecomputer where i'm testing.

Ok, then maybe try a different image first to see if it's an image issue, and also place it in a folder you are sure is unprotected and available for all software, like maybe your documents folder
(I'm just guessing here, because as you see, it's works ok on my setup)

Have made a Video and uploaded it. URL in previous Post
I even tried from another drive with no limitations :-(
 
Where did you get the QR code image from , so that we can try to reproduce ?
There may be some special format, size or even DRM protection. Every png i tried here worked fine.

Just open the picture with paint and re-save it as .PNG
It seems that JPG files won't work.

As u can see on the Video, i've always recoded it into an png.
 
Well...sorry guys:
I've now finaly made a screenshot of the png and opened it in irfanview, saved as png and now it works.

No knowledge, where the Problem have been bevor, but now it works.

Is it possible to use .mp4 animations????
 
It is. Just use it as a Sampler ;)

Or better, TellyMedia and TellyVisuals
 
In place of the VDJ Logo
Can't seem to select mp4 files.
