I'm a new user and heard someone playing on CDJs on a radio show a while ago who used a sort of wave crash / pitching white noise type of effect to transition from one song to another. I assume they were using Serato but can't be sure. It works well when swapping between songs with large BPM differences, just as a transition. Looking through the effects offered here, I'm not sure if there is something similar available? Is it possible to find a wav file somewhere and download it to the effects folder of VDJ and just launch it from there?

there is five to the best of my knowlege:
sweep_manual
sweep_auto
noisebell
whitenoise
whitesound

SBDJ's new sweep auto/manual sounds the best, but noisebell is the best as it has an inbuilt echo that really adds to the effect.
