Lots of custom user-made skins can be found in our skins section: http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/skins.html
You will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional at a discount to be able to use custom skins. VirtualDJ LE is limited software and doesn't support using custom skins except during the 20 day trial of the full VirtualDJ Pro.
There are no Scratch Live skins available because skins that resemble other software are not permitted for copyright reasons. Besides, you should be proud of using VirtualDJ and not need to try to hide the fact that you are using it by making it look like you are using other DJ software.
