Will I be able to create mixes, upload them to soundcloud or burn it to a cd using the Content Unlimited service?
 
No, because the tracks are copy protected. No recording is allowed/possible.

Even if they weren't (and you were using purchased tracks) recording someone elses copyrighted material and sharing it would be illegal.
