the way I got my VDJ Pro serial number was to use the numbers on the front of my credit card. If you have already done that then email support with details of your purchase and they will let you know. If you have lost your LE serial you need to contact the manufacturer to recover it.

Nobody will give you their serial number. Do not ask this again or your account will be locked.
