the rainbow sound spectrum seems to apply to song position and scratch, but the actual wave froms .. are still the same.. please update those as well.
thanks,
by the way, the rainbow sound spectrum looks awesome. it make it easier to visually separate phases, sections, etc. so, on that note: a huge THANK YOU to the virtual dj dev team.

Coloured waveforms at the top would look really messy IMHO, unless separated - which means you might as well use scratchwaves then.

How about a way to make the amount of color being able to be adjusted. Imagine adjusting the transparencey or width of the core.

I think the reason colored waveforms works better on the other brand is because the wave forms are right next to eachother. It dosen't "need" to be at the top, BUT you can't really acurately line things up that are inches appart on the screen. Which is what colored wave forms is all about, lining up identical frequencies. Does not work as well with that much gap on the Scratch wave.

well, now there is another problem,
i used my skin overflow ex and enabled the colored scratch waveform instead of the rhythm and towards the end of the song, the colored scratch waveform just disappears.
i guess this is a feature request or bug fix.. if zoomed out enough, at the end of a song, the scratch waveform disappears. please fix.

I'd like to see a picture of this cause I have my scratch waves zoomed down to "500 length" and I never have a problem.... and that's another question, how are you zooming the scratch waves?? As far as I know you can only do this by finding the line in the XML......
