Hi guys,
I just bought my DDJ ergo with Virtual DJ and finished the complete installations (Driver, firmware upgrade.....)
When i wanted to start playing around with the ergo the external speakers don't response at all.
My headphones/cue that are connected does work so this is a little bit strange.
My audio setup configurations are like this:
I added the Virtual DJ pro 20 day-trail today.
My DDJ Ergo is connected with the master 2 output.
The master volume is on.
I hope you guys can help me so i can play my music with the external speakers.

- Do you see the VU meters on the Ergo to light up when the song is playing ?
- Any chance the Gain knobs are turned down ?
- Have you tried some very basic computer speakers to see if the Ergo outputs the sound or something wrong with your cables/ampl/speakers ?

Is still got the same problem.
The VU meters are lighting up when i'm playing a song.
The gain button i toggled on.
The external speakers are working when i connect them directly to my laptop instead of the ergo so there is no problem with the cables or the speakers.

If you revert the output order and have .. Master 3,4/Headphones 1,2, do you get the master output i your headphones ?
Did you use the same cable you are using with the Ergo , to connect your amplifier to your computer ? Any chance there is a cable issue there ?
Have you tried to use adaptors and use the TRS outputs instead of the RCA ?
What is the exact version of the software you are using ? See that in Config->Last tab

I tried the TRS output and the problem is fixed now!

I have a problem when I connected my Pioner DDJ ergo k sound only works on a blanket right to left does not work so I looked on youtube how to properly merge think it's a mistake look at video might help you I need to buy such cables it combines 4 cable http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACU2Ovox5hM

Hi.
How Exactly did you solved the problem? i have the same issue, but i don´t know how to connect the speakers to the TRS Output, and also i don´t know witch cables and adaptors i have to buy
