Hey i had my xponent mapped before i reformatted my computer but now it wont work, and i cant download the mapper for this product from SBDJ anyone have a download link i can use or help me out????

The Xponent is natively supported in the latest version of VirtualDJ v7.2 Pro.
Please register your Pro serial number on your profile page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

Maybe you can help me out. The mapping seems good and it was ok before. Now, for some reason the Crossfader is inverted. 0% = right side, 100% = left side. Any reason for the inversion that you can think of? Or how can I fix that?

It could be caused by activating crossfader_hamster
The skin might have an option for this, or you are using the 20-day Pro trial and are/were using a skin that has this option.
If your Pro trial is still active, map a keyboard shortcut to the action crossfader_hamster and then press it to toggle. Otherwise, download and install VirtualDJ Home FREE to do this http://www.virtualdj.com/download/free.html
NOTE: If you wish to be able to use features such as custom skins, mappings, etc. then you will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - Your VirtualDJ LE for MixTrack Pro entitles you to a considerable discount of 50% ($149 instead of the normal full price of $299)
