Temporary it's displaying messages from SMS server, but I guess it can do a lot more (karaoke rotation display, playlist, event's info...) Any other idea totally acceptable. Anyone with idea of making an external application for live updating this xml file:

I guess it'll find it's way to you somehow ;-). I remember that Ludwig guy, he made an application for something similar, but it's useless for this case. Maybe he drop by...
