Hey all, let me introduce myself i'm Dj Beck from belgium..
I have a little problem / issue and i'm not completely sure if it belongs on this forum so if it doesn't i'll replace it ASAP :)
Recently i have bought a Hercules DJ4Set with LE included , now (i know it's not appreciated cause of end user license etc i'm sorry.. ) someone gave me the VDJ pro full 7.0.5 cause he stopped dj'ing, and i'm running it with my 4Set, now i know if i get a premium membership i can use the netsearch option , BUT :
Will i be able to use it in VDJ when it's not registered to my name ? and could i use other features like downloading plugins, and updates like say VDJ 8 when it comes out ?
Any help would be nice, and if im doing something illegal please tell me what to do to make it right, i'm sorry lol

Sorry, but you CANNOT use somebody else's VirtualDJ Pro, even if they don't need or use it any more.
Once registered, VirtualDJ serial numbers are non-transferable and cannot be sold, given or transferred to another user. Doing so is a violation of the End User License Agreement (EULA) - Please see our FAQ pages: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Serial%20Transfer.html
Using a second hand version of VirtualDJ Pro will not entitle you to software updates or add-ons downloads (With the exception of the limited plugin access that your own existing LE version for Hercules 4Set already gives you.)
Also, if it's a version prior to v7.1 then NetSearch will not work for videos- Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/I%20am%20unable%20to%20load%20or%20play%20videos%20in%20NetSearch.html
If you wish to be able to upgrade to VirtualDJ v8 when it comes out as well as the updates that are being released for VirtualDJ v7 then you will need to purchase your own license for VirtualDJ Pro: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - Your Hercules 4Set entitles you to a discount off the cost of upgrading.

Ok thx , i knew there was something fishy lol..
And the end price ( after deducting discount ) will be 179 $ is that correct ?
It surely is , but im just doublechecking with a live person instead of a pc screen :)
