Gang -

Saw this first time on Saturday.

P5KPLCM w/ 4gb quad core and GT220 NVIDIA card.

Windows 7 x86 Home Premium

Ok, not using videos. This started while loading an audio file into either player, the file would not load - gave this error and just 'streamed'. But other files would. Went back and would not load.

Problem was intermittent and the process viewer showed nothing out of ordinary and plenty of system memory.

What is strange is I NEVER saw this before and nothing has changed except the occasional M$ patches and updated EVGA driver.

While searching this error, noticed this is a ATI anomaly and when loading videos. Well, I am not using videos and have a NVIDIA card.

So for my Sunday event, set the memory from 0 to 16 and had no issues.

Thoughts?

Maybe your could submit a support ticket?

Doesn't sound like something I've heard of before.

It is a known issue and google will find several cases. Just curious to the Nvidia vs the more problem ATI.

So far, two nights after the reg hack, no issues. Also going to update the video drivers and run maintenance.

VDJ8 doesn't use registry values anymore.
And this thread is 3 years old.
If you have any problems with V8, feel free to open a new thread.
