Hello,
A few weeks ago I have bought the pioneer ddj ergo and install the software. But when I launched the program, an error appears. It says this: Cannot find the skin file in Virtual dj document or Library folders. Please reinstall the application. So I reinstall it, but it still doesn't work.
Could someone help me with this because I really want it to work! I used the serato software also but I can't record my mix with that and that is importand for me.

Please do a clean-install of the software following this. http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/How%20do%20I%20perform%20a%20clean%20re-installation%20of%20the%20software.html
It is important to clean the registries (described in link above)
Backup your Virtualdj database or even better the entire VirtualDJ folder (Documents\Virtualdj) prior installing
