OK I'll bite.........."rhythm sounds" on songs are usually created by using drums and other percussion.
These will either be real instruments, samples (recordings) of real instruments or electronic interpretations (such as the famous Roland TR808 drum machine).
Normally in a "rhythm sound" you'll hear a bass drum, a snare drum and cymbals. This is commonly known as a drum pattern or a beat.
Added to these rhythm sounds will be bass (either from a guitar or a synth), lead sounds (synth, piano, guitar etc) and vocals.
If you want to know more than that, you'll need to be much more specific about which sound you mean.

I believe he is asking about the Synth Bass line and drum beat at the beginning. The "Rhythm" most likely does not have a name as its a remix and was done from the creator making his own "Rhythm".
The "Sounds" that you are hearing at the beginning are: Multiple Synths, Cymbal/High Hat, Grand Piano, and a Synth Sweep. All of this is prior to the first Lyrics.
As stated before give a specific time in the timeline and everyone will be able to help you more.

The song begane when she starts to.sing . . Its not.a. "beat" any kick or snare . . And its no the piano at.the beginning
Its kind of synth , its rarely in music , if some one.have played game (battlefield 3) or whatch the trailer . . . you will hear it at the beginning
