I just installed the dj console rmx with virtual dj 5.2.2
I can load the tracks into the program with no issue but when I attempt to play the track I do not hear any sound.
The program looks as if it is trying to play (scrolling song) but no audio is heard.
Sound does work from all my other programs so the issue is isolated.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
PC > AMP > Speakers
Hercules DJ Series Control Panel

Well the RMX is an external device...
When you play music in VDJ with the RMX connected as your output, then the music will be output through the RMX - not your computer.
You need to connect your speakers to the output of the RMX to hear something!

The Hercules DJ Console RMX is connected to the computer with the USB cable provided.
Also the drivers that came with it were installed successfully.
I want it to output using the computers output.

The whole idea of using an external mixer/sound card combo unit like the RMX is that the sound does not come out of the computers sound card and speakers (which are usually low quality rubbish).
What you have is working correctly - the sound is coming out of the RMX.
Plug the output of the RMX into your audio system and you will hear sound.

This is a very old thread regarding a completely different version of Vurtual DJ
I would recommend starting a new thread with your issue. Make the subject descriptive to your problem.
I'm confused with your question as well. I think your saying you can hear audio with and audio only track, but no audio with a video track. When you open a new thread, please be clear in your question.
