Topic: mic on when VDJ starts.

Hi ..my VDJ 7 always starts with the mic ON ..can i make it start with the mic OFF? Since it's the laptop's internal mic, it makes a feedback every time . i went to the registry and tried to switch on and off the boothnomic with no result.

Not sure, because i never have heard about such an issue.

But i would advice you to switch off the internal mic by default inside the Mac sound options.
 
Solved with oninit : mic_volume 0% & headphone_volume 0% & mic off & deck 1 volume 0% & deck 2 volume 0% &deck 3 volume 0% & deck 4 volume 0%
i still have a second of feedback when i start VDJ if i have the mic volume on in windows mixer just the time for vdj to switch it off from the oninit command.
