i have a Mixtrack Pro and recently it stopped working right. The controller turns on when plugged in but does not control within the software. i have gone through the troubleshooting but nothing has helped. i have referred to the "midi not detected" wiki page as well. any suggestions???

It could be a hardware fault with the MixTrack.
You can test by downloading MIDItrace - http://www.virtualdj.com/download/miditrace.exe
Run this with all other software including VirtualDJ closed.
Choose the MixTrack in the INPUT and OUTPUT sections and then press some buttons. You should see MIDI messages in the OUTPUT window as you press each button.
If you don't get any response then there is either a hardware fault with the MixTrack or a conflict of some sort on your system that is stopping it from working.
