Before I used the DDJ ERGO I used a Numark Controller. So when I am busy playing I always have to change the MASTER player manually after mixing 2 songs. Meaning that when I have done a mix of 2 songs and I want to mix another one in and I have loaded that one into the empty player I first have to manually click on MASTER on the player that is now playing so that I can SYNC the song I wanna mix in. Before it always just worked with the Numark, I loaded up a song, pressed SYNC and I was good to go. It is not a massive issue but when you mix quite quickly you tend to forget to change the master player and stand there wondering why the hell the SYNC button isn't working anymore...
Has anyone ever had this issue? Only started since I use the ERGO... Must be a setting in the options probably but I didn't find anything. I am DJing using the VINYL mode.
The other thing is when I load up some songs into the side list for a autofade playlist and then press the automix button (automix settings are done like I always usde to set them up) it loads the song to be automixed in into the other player and not into the same player underneath the one that is playing.
I hope u guys can help with those 2 issues, otherwise VDJ7 PRO FULL is working just fine on the Macbook Air /w DDJ ERGO - even found a DDJ ERGO skin :-)
Thanks in advance !

When using a 4 deck skin, make sure that the deck that you wish to sync to is set as the master deck: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Masterdeck.html
NOTE: Normally, VirtualDJ will change this automatically as you load each song, but this may be disabled in some versions of VirtualDJ LE as required by the manufacturer. To check in the full VirtualDJ Pro, go to CONFIG -> Options and check that Auto Headphones is enabled.

By default VirtualDJ chooses the MASTERdeck to enable Automix. If you wish to force another deck to be used by automix, assign a keyboard shortcut as..
deck x automix
