Topic: Can I play Web Radio through VirtualDJ?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hello there!
I own a cofee shop. In the morning we play soft webradio music (jazz etc) and at the evening, some days, we have a DJ making a bit of noise.
So my question is, can I play my webradio through Virtual DJ?

My radio is at www.jango.com. I wanna know if somehow I can make VDJ play that website.

Cheers

Sorry, this is not possible.

VirtualDJ is designed and intended for live DJ mixing using media files such as MP3, MP4, etc. It cannot tune into and play Internet radio stations (It can broadcast to one though in VirtualDJ Broadcaster or above.)

To listen to an Internet radio station, you will need to use a suitable media player with this capability, such as WinAmp, etc.

Also, for commercial DJ use, you will need to purchase VirtualDJ: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html

VirtualDJ Home FREE is for non-commercal use at home only.
