Bought Broadcast to do karaoke with our family. Its rather difficult to use with a touchpad so we bought a Numark DJ2GO at Guitar Center. It has your virtual dj logo on the box. But when we plug it in it says it we need to spend another $270 to use it. So far we have spent $39 on broadcaster and $69 on this numark thing and now we have to spend another $270???

Unfortunately the broadcaster version does not allow the use of midi controllers and is priced accordingly. That function is only available in the Pro version of the software or the LE version supplied with some midi controllers.
Just because a logo is on a box does not mean the product will be compatible with all versions of virtual DJ.
