Was wondering if anyone out there has used or is using at this time One Active bass Speaker connected to two Active mains??
If so, can you tell me about your experiences, pros, and cons? Anyone who never has used this setup may jump in as well and add what they have observed from others, please? I'm planning on purchasing One JBL EON Active Bass to connect to my two jbl Eon15's at this time, and then one more maybe later. I don't play very often in very large venues, pretty much in VFW Halls, small clubs, wedding venues with 200 people, etc.

I use 2 JBL EON 515 and the 518S Sub.
My connections according to the manual is:
My OUT from Mixer Straight to the SUB, then connect the 515's to/from the SUB.

You mean the EON518S?
Most powered subs have stereo ins and outs (both pass-thru and high pass filtered) so that they can be used
singly with stereo systems, so you shouldn't have any issues there.
EDIT - you beat me to it!

Do you feel you get a really deep bass sound in the room with only one Sub?

Yes, deep bass sound. I did not have the BASS volume all the way up. I only have it crank up half way.
I am only Mobile (VFW, Hotels, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversary etc.... No Clubs for me)
All the places I've been, really don't need 2 BASS, but that option is always OPEN if needed to be added.

What do you normally set your EQ (bass and treble knobs) on your eon 15's at?

my EON 515 don't have separate BASS/Treble, XT model has this (maybe mine is the first model). It has has only CUT, FLAT, BOOST. I set mine to FLAT when SUB is used. When I don't need the SUB, I set it to BOOST.
