So I have posted once on these forums and looked around on the internet and have not been able to figure out the correct set up for recording my mixes. I am running on windows seven out to a versaport sound card then into a behringer 3channel mixer, then into my amp and then speakers. Whenever I record a mix I hear both tracks at the same time. I realize this is because VDJ does not recognize the external mixers crossfader location and therefore it remains in the middle. I need to know how to record my mixes without hearing both tracks so I can make some CD's to promote myself further. Any help would be AWESOME! Thanks Guys.

You will need to create a record loopback. Please have a look at the following link for an explanation and instructions how to do this:

I have read this over and over and over but I need specific instructions. I have VDJ 6 and I have the RCA cables from the Booth of my mixer to the sound card. Do i plug them into one of the line options? and how do I set up recording on this version. It isnt under setting. I have audacity but i have no idea how to change the settings.
