I bought a USED (Best Buy Inspected/Returned item) IDJ3, but it didn't seem to include the software! On the sticker, it didn't list any missing accessories or anything like that. The IDJ3 is packaged with it's Virtual DJ LE CD normally, and that's half the reason I bought it.
Is there any way I could give the bar code/pictures of anything in order to download/redeem my version of Virtual DJ LE? I have a feeling if I return a used product they're going to think I took the disk or something, and they're probably not going to let me exchange it for a new one.
