Topic: What program to convert zipped mp3+g karaoke files to MP4 to play on Android?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

i want to convert some karaoke songs from mp3+g zipped to mp4 so i can play the songs from my android phone. Any ideas, i will only convert a small quantity,the ones i want to learn. advise needed please! Ta in advance

if you can't find any (never seen one myself) here is some suggestion if you really need it that bad.

get yourself and Screen capture Program, CAMSTUDIO comes to mind I it's Free (i believe).
Run the karaoke song using Winamp and capture the Lyrics Video Screen and save this saving to a VIDEO file.

Then use a Video DVD program such as Proshow Producer and do your thing (not gonna explain how) and make a VIDEO saving it to MP4 format.

Which one of those program exatly converts mp3+g to MP4 ? I don't see it.
 
OP: Here is another IDEA that I have used before.

Grab the song you have/like from YOUTUBE (don't worry about the quality of sound, just he lyrics video taht counts).

Use Proshow producer and remove the audio from the YOUTUBE file, then use the MP3 from the mp3+g file and sync it with the lyrics/video file. Then save it as MP4 when done.
 
thanks for the suggestions.this is how i have done the conversion. i unzipped file, then using AVS video converter (that i already had) set to Andriod,converted the CDG file,then send to phone,Done
