Hi , I am buying 2- Numark NDX400's and a Numark M2 Mixer. How would i hook it up to my laptop to run VDJ? What VDJ do i use? Can i use VirtualDJ Pro Basic or Pro Full? Can I use a maya 44 and timecode cd's to hook it up to my laptop? Let me know. Thanks.

It looks like those decks are not MIDI compatible, just standalone decks, so your only choice would be timecode CD's if you want to use them to control VDJ. You would need need to buy VDJ Pro to use that functionality and you would also need a separate soundcard, with outs (at least one) and ins (at least 2) and preferably a mixer.

If you haven't spent your money yet, and you like Numark, you might want to look into the Numark Mixdeck: http://www.numark.com/mixdeck

It will give you all the functionality you are expecting from the setup you are looking at and it's all in one unit. If it only came with VDJ LE, it would be perfect for you ;)
