Okay so I have Vdj Le on my macbook pro and I just bought a Numark Mixtrack.
How do I set it up so that I can here the song thats not the program? I think its called the cue...
Do I need to buy another piece of equipment to plug them in? I tried to plug it in the headphone jack and I got nothing....I'm very confused about all of this!

It would be for interest what kind of soundcard you are using and how your VDJ soundcard setup looks like.

When i'm right the build in soundcard has only a MIC/Linein and a Headphone port.
So only one stereo output!
You have to split the Headphone Output signal with a Y-cable.
One to the speakers and one to headphone.
On VDJ side you have to select:
Input None
Output - Headphone
Soundcard Mono-separated.
But then you have a Mono signal on your headphone and the speakers.
But the better way is to buy a DJ soundcard like the Audio2DJ or something simular to your needs.
So only one stereo output!
