Hello,
Soon I'm playing at a small party and I'll have 2 Pioneer CDJ-1000s, I heard its possible to get your vdj to work on them using timecode cd's or something but I have no idea where to get started. Could anyone tell WHAT exactly I all need?
Got a Windows 7 Ultimate laptop with Virtual DJ 7 on it, a mixer, headphones and 2 CDJ-1000s Mk3's.

This will not work because the Home Free version does not have Timecode Support for longer than 10 minutes of testing.
You need a Professional Full version to work with Timecode.
