I need to get put in my contract about the Event/Venue being responsible for any damage to my equipment. I would like to know what you guys have in your contracts regarding this issue. Any help you can provide is much appreciated.

I don't use contracts, but I should because one time a guy almost fought with me. I would have ruined his life if he touched my gear, but anyways I found this example online and I don't mind using it as a guide to create my own. Here it is:

I liked the "Client agrees to pay for any and all damages incurred to equipment provided by __________ as a direct result of
negligence by event guests for any reason whatsoever. Should damages occur, payment for repair or replacement will be
made immediately before event will continue." Nice.
