I have been using virtual dj 6 le and I have a question about a few things. I use this program with a mixtrack pro and I'm not sure if it's a setting that I'm not aware of but the GAINS automatically change when switching songs. It doesn't happen all the time so i'm just wondering if there is something I can change to make it stop, because I have to manually change it with the mouse when it happens. Since it happens during the playback it can be very noticeable because of the pronounced volume change.

and my other ? is about the original setting on the BEAT GRID effect. I really like what that effect does so I decided to modify the grid a bit, but the problem is that I can't get it back to the default setting/pattern.

Thanks for any advice you may have

When loading a song for the first time, VirtualDJ will automatically analyse it for the BPM, gain, key, etc.

If you start it playing before the song has loaded in full, then the overall volume (Gain) may change as the song loads.

To avoid this, make sure a song is loaded in full before playing it.

We recommend pre-analysing your music collection - Please see http://www.virtualdj.com/homepage/jpboggis/blogs/3972/Pre-analysing_your_music_collection.html

(NOTE: Filter folders may not be available in VirtualDJ LE, which is limited software. You can upgrade to the full Pro at a discount by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html )
