Topic: Can't save playlists!! HELP!!

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I just bought VDJ7 Pro and everything works great except I can't save any playlists. I'll name and save it but the playlist folder won't open. Any suggestions??? I've been googling for hours trying to solve it myself, it's time to ask for some help.

Please check the permissions of the My Documents\VirtualDJ\Playlists folder and make sure that your user has permission to write to it.

Also, check the permissions on the VirtualDJ folder itself and all other sub-folders within it.

That was it! Thank you!!! VDJ7 is now running flawlessly. Thanks for the fast response and the great tech support.

I also had the problem, but setting permissions didn't work, i made a new folder in the virtual dj folder in my documents, then i was able to save

when i drag a song over to make a play list then go to my curser to bring up another song to drag to the play list the first 1 earases

Are you putting songs in that have been marked played with the option to remove played songs?
