Topic: WHY WONT MY SKIN BE ACCEPTED?

i uploaded around a month ago this skin which i even posted a forums, i keep looking at the skins section AND ITS NOT THERE. Yet i find others skins which were posted way after mine, and they are already on the download page! Why is the team avoiding my skin? I based it of another of MY skins, i posted a forums for it, i even checked for errors and bugs, and yet its still "Pending review". CBGraphics posted a skin YESTERDAY and its already out, yet mine was posted a month ago ands its still pending reveiw. Ya that was my skin also, so technically i dont need that aproval requirement, because im basing it off MY skin.

When you submit a new skin based on another skin it still need aproval. If you just update an old one, then updates are automatically available.

DJDAD you dont understand, the skin i am trying to get aproved is based on an approved skin CREATED BY ME. What does the team want, me posting a forums saying i approve a new skin being created BY ME based on a skin BY ME? This skin is 4 decks, and the old one is 2. This is not just an update, but a completely new skin. If you goto the link http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/11900/Mix_Dj_Pro.html look where it says author. What do you see KILLADJ4136 Now look at the new one http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/12479/Mix_DJ_Pro_Too_Much_Control_4_Deck.html . Made by me based on a skin BY ME! I am mad because the team already approved other skins posted way after mine, and yet mine isnt approved. why why why WHY!

First of all , i really dont know why this skin is not aproved. Send a pm to cstoll.He is the only one who can answer this.

Second. When you submit a new skin, no matter if its based on yours or others skin it's still a new skin. It needs aprooval. The only difference is that, since this skin is yours, you dont need the aprooval of the original creator.

Humm now i see the link for the first time so I've gotten it and Resized (1280x800) or in the case of resizer only doing the "simple resize" bit
1280x689.now if my thing crashes you'll hear from me...o.k.? ;-}

How are you managing to make 4 decks skins when the free version is only 2 decks ?? The 4 deck version you have to pay for. if so could you please enter your registration key Into your profile. This may be why it has not been approved.

DJ Format, actually the home edition does support 99 decks http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html .It just doesn't support hardware and broadcast. Since mixing is possible with VDJ and i don't really scratch (aka i don't need hardware), I'm OK with VDJ home. So how do i PM CStoll?
