can someone please tell me either how to put new skins on virtual dj for mac or tell me why it cant be done... i have been reading up alot on how to do this and know one seems to have an answer...

almost all the skins comes in 2 versions PC O MAC,just download it install it and to change the skin in virtualdj just clik on the configuration, click skins, and choose the one you want.

yeah done all that but it just doesnt appear when i open the program, grrrrrrrrr

i don't have a mac, but i think this is the way should be done
1.- download the skin it's a .zip file
2.- put that file in the folder of skins..to do this go to applications -Virtualdj-skins
3.-then open virtualdj
4.- go to the configuations tab
5.- then go to skins tab
6.- the skin should be there
i hope that helps.. like i said i don't own a mac .. but i think that's the way it works..

When I used the mac version it used to "unpack" the zip files in MacOS automatically which screwed it up.
Use these settings to stop MacOS unzipping these downloads so you can place them directly in the skins folder.
Open Safari
Open the Preferences menu:
In Mac OS X: Click Safari > Preferences
In Windows: Click Edit or Settings () > Preferences
In the window that opens, click General
Remove the check from the box beside "Open 'safe' files after downloading"
Download the file again
