pretty sure that one breaks down to a matter of personal, venue, and regional tastes.
there's quite a few different versions out there, but we've always used the more traditional Guy Lombardo classic excepting one year when we played the Kenny G version. and then promptly threw it away.
a quick look at youtube and itunes will give you a bunch of ideas for which one you could go for.
