Hello all,
I have a 500GB WD hard drive that I use for gigs. I scan new music for BPM on my desktop PC, and then when on my Windows XP laptop all my BPMs show there as well. However, when I use my external hard drive on my friend's Mac rig using VDJ7, only a scant few show up, even though my entire database is searchable.
The hard drive is NTFS format. Has anyone else run into this issue?

its because its ntfs osx can't write to the drive. A drive formatted fat32 or hfs+ would work, or you can just download ntfs for mac and that would fix it.

The problem is not in writing (I'm not actively scanning when using my hard drive on my friend's Mac), but showing the BPMs that I scanned on my WinXP desktop machine. I will try out NTFS For Mac however and see if that may resolve it.
