Well it's only got one stereo pair, so you can only input one channel, and only output one channel too.
For timecode you really want two stereo pairs.

It's not the best solution; it would give you extremely limited functionality.
Your soundcard is not something you should scrimp on.

What card?!
As I've said this card is not really suitable.
You only have one input. This means you can only connect one turntable to it.
You only have one output. This means you can only have one output channel (1 deck, or the master output for example) unless you bodge it with a splitter.
As I said do yourself a favour and buy a card that is suitable for the task.

If you're intending to mix you'll really want *two* stereo output pairs - one to play out of and one to use with your headphones.
