How do you use External MIDI keyboard compatibility for shortcuts? There's heaps of cool new features with the updates but how do we use them?

Hi,
I have a simple Midi Keyboard. To use it, I created new shortcuts:
1- options->shortcuts->add
(or maybe "new", I don't know the english version)
2- Choose action, value and so on.
3- Hit the key you want to use on your Midi keyboard.
("MIDI 62" appears for exemple)
4- OK
That's all.
It's exactly the same way you make shortcuts on your compter keyboard.
I Hope that will help you :)

I made some tests.
It's easy to use with a midi keyboard for shortcuts only,
but Midi support is limited for the moment.
Damm said in another post that midi will come at ver. 1.1
so this is a gift now ...!
There is no midi setup to choose the midi in / out ports
if you have more than 2 midi ports / devices
(My Oxygen8-USB takes priority over my other keyboard
when is connected)
Also there must be a ''midi loop'' with the midi signal
when i use Oxygen8, and the play_cue action does not work
well like it the play and cue commands are applied together
(with millisecond delay , probably because of this ''midi loop'')
There must be a midi filter / setup.
Also i' like to see, continious midi controller support and this
means my Oxygen8 will control Virtualdj EQ with the sliders,
nudge/pitch with the pitch bend wheel, the crossfader
with the modulation wheel, for example.
These are working very well in Traktor, I'd like to see them
in Virtual Dj 1.1 (?)
