I purchased VDJ 5.2 Home Basic last fall but cannot find the serial number to register it here. Am I clueless or what?

Could you just open up your version of VDJ and see where the s/n is? I'm probably just not looking in the right place.

The serial number is not visible from within the program itself.
As I said, if you have bought VDJ Pro and don't have a written copy of your serial number anywhere then you will have to contact support. If you bought another product or controller that came with VDJ - such as the Hercules RMX - then contact the vendor.

I have the "Home" edition as posted above. I will try calling the support phone#. I cannot download plugins, etc. without it. I had the trial(30 days) last summer, and the echo on it worked vs the Home edition where echo does not.

You will need to raise a support ticket. If you had of registered your software when you bought it then your serial number would be in your download center :)
