Do I need to download something from fire text website?? A video with sound would be A WHOLE BETTER, just sayin, lol.

could you keep your reports to one thread please guys, you have now both reported in two seperate threads, I have given a reply in the tech forum where you originally posted.

I wonder if in future you could use the main firetext thread that is currently in use.
