Topic: ! How can I record a playlist to cd/dvd withe over 100 mp3's in playlist ?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I want to take over 200 mp3 songs in playlist, and record to cd or dvd. I want the songs to stay in the mp3 format and copy the playlist of songs to cd or dvd. So I can play the songs from cd or dvd as the original mp3 they are.

Is this possible?

Thank you for your help, the manual doesn't give step by step instructions for this.

Save the playlist and open it in the vdj browser, then select all the songs and (right click) ->"copy" them to a temporary folder.
Open your cd writing program and drag this folder..

Anyone knows a better solution ? without copy the songs in the hard drive first ?

are you wanting them mixed from the auto-playlist function??

if so you would need to be using the recording function, with an mp3 encoder, and auto-cut on.

if any of that is wrong, it's been a long time since i used vdj's recording function

i figured this out on my own.

i used a saved playlist in vdj.

i open nero and choose, make an mp3 dvd.

i choose the playlist *.m3u file i made in vdj.

nero adds and analyze all the songs from playlist to burn from the location listed in the playlist, then burn.
